”We had a wonderful time at this location. Beautiful surroundings, a lovely castle, and a house with a pool. Upon arrival, a few things were amiss, and these were addressed and resolved immediately. So the service was very good. The location is good, 4* For a 5* review we advise the owners to do more in terms of maintenance.”

”Le séjour à Neuvic s’est très bien passé, notamment grâce à Sophie, qui nous a réservé un accueil vraiment excellent.La chambre est très confortable, les petits-déjeuners sont copieux et préparés sur mesure. Nous avons également pu dîner sur place le soir et ainsi renouer avec l’esprit même de la chambre d’hôtes : découvrir une région à travers les personnes qui la font vivre. Les repas sont fait maison, et illustrent parfaitement l'art de la cuisine française. Bref, si l'on cherche un endroit...

”The property is a medieval castle and guest house set in peaceful and picturesque area. The property is obviously old and large and does require considerable upkeep and maintenance, and there were a couple of issues during our stay that were disappointing.The freezer in the main house did not work. When I reported this to the owner / management company I was informed they were aware of this fact but could not do anything about it during our stay. It was not communicated by the representatives...

La maison du Soutenac est superbement rénovée, avec en particulier de magnifiques espaces extérieurs : plusieurs terrasses pour déjeuner et dîner, une immense piscine avec transats et parasols de qualité. L'intérieur de la maison est confortable et reste frais en été. C'est l'endroit pour des vacances au calme en famille ! Les villages aux alentours proposent aussi des activités variées...

”We had a wonderful stay at the house, and the person who welcomed us for check-in was very attentive. The house and the garden are both very pleasant.As a suggestion to improve the experience for future guests, we missed having an armchair in the living-dining room. It might also be helpful to add a sign indicating the property, as it's not easy to find the place when arriving for the first time. Our GPS directed us to a nearby house, and it's also difficult to locate the property at night.”

”The accomodations is arranged over 4 floors with the kitchen and sitting room on the ground level. The bedrooms and bathrooms were situated on the next 3 floors. As we were 3 couples and a baby we were lucky enough to have a floor each which was perfect. The kitchen was very well equiped, coffee machine, ice maker, and a full array of utensils, cooking facilities and crockery should you need. ”We picked this farmhouse due to the close proximity to our family. What we found was an amazing place! Full of character and full of a family warm feel. It’s an old building so not perfect but was perfect for us. The owner and property manager were fantastic and dealt with our every request. The property is well equipped with everything you could need. As it is winter we didn’t have use of the pool but in summer I could see this place would be even better. Would definitely book again. ”
