”Hotel posizionato vicino all'aeroporto, in una zona che non offre molto, caotica e vicina ad un centro commerciale immenso raggiungibile a piedi. ”One of the extraordinary resorts on Maratua Island. My arrival was greeted with a cold towel, all the staff were very helpful and friendly. Only slight problem with the bathroom flush leaking. The cafe sells coffee with various flavors. The beach and ocean are amazing for snorkeling. The food served is also very delicious. My wife really likes the red snapper pindang menu and the spicy chili sauce. What a very beautiful trip.”

”The room we were assigned at check in had a strong damp smell so I asked for a different room. The reception staff were happy to oblige, although they took the precaution of having so much air freshener sprayed in the second room it was difficult to breathe, let alone assess whether this room was also damp! We had to prop the door open and wait outside for 10 minutes until the smell subsided! Fortunately it was fine. After a shaky start, the rest of our three-night stay was pretty uneventful....

”The room was clean. Hotel staffs were very friendly. The check in process was fast as well as the check out. Really appreciate it. The bathroom amenities were more than enough. Towels were clean (like it). Water pressure and the shower was a little bit low (was in room 327). The laundry was good and clean (would be great if the hotel provided laundry bag. It was not available on My trip) Small notes on the swimming pool, found used mask leaved on the swimming pool chair / table (quite annoying)...

”They call me Papa, after many stays they are Family now.. in the restaurant they order my food, papa cannot have this..not good for you..the girls are my Daughters now so i go buy chocolate bars for them for taking care of me.. the rooms are all spacious, large comfortable bed, couch, big screen tv, many channels, the bathroom is big enough to move around in comfortably.. there is kitchenette in the room, Large refrigerator, not mini fridge.. the pool is large, clean and great fun… the cake shop...
