Jim Attrell, the ranch owner was very pleasant and kept us very well informed of what we needed to do prior to our arrival with lots of useful information to enhance our experience. ”the outside is really outdated and needs repair. the office door is always locked and you have to ring a bell for someone to open and talk to you, they still have an ant invasion problem and have shut down several rooms. on the plus side, our room had extra toilet paper, and a clean refrigerator. last time there was left over food from someone else in the fridge.”
