”We arrived at the hotel and unloaded all our luggage in our room. I didn't notice right away, but I eventually caught this exposed, bare wiring sticking out from under the light fixture. I had my 4 year old in the room at the time clicking all the light switches on and off. I'm no electrician but I'm pretty sure if this wire was live, my toddler could have been SHOCKED. I brought this up to the front desk along with pictures and they apologized, but told me they were unable to comp or discount...

”Place was dirty, floors had not been cleaned in forever. Spider webs, just cleaned. Outside was the same. 3am people next door, female was kicking on the door and yelling for them to open. I tried to call front desk, like 10 times, no answer, I went up to office and had to yell for someone to get to window, asked why nobody answered the phone, she said, maybe we were doing something else. Told her what I going on and she didn't care. Place is a joke and pig stie mess.”

”It is a very pleasant location and nice quiet rooms. But... I had paid with Expedia and my visa was charged again (more) at checkin. I saw it later and went to desk. She apologized and it looks like it was reversed, but would not have been. Also at checkout they refused to give me a receipt saying that this was expedia's issue, not theirs. ”

”We have stayed there many times and have loved it but this time was different. Youth soccer teams were staying there and there were kids all over the place running around without parents. They were in the halls, elevators, close to the bar and we didn’t even try to go to the pool because we saw how crowded it was with kids jumping in everywhere. Parents were bringing in coolers and moving everything around. We ended up leaving in the middle of the night so we didn’t have to wake up to it again.”
