”This is my third time staying at this property and each time we found flying insects in the room. Once we brought our own insect light. One more thing that may influence my staying there again since the overall amenities are outdated.”

”Not the worst, but definitely not seeing its maximum potential. Needs meticulous attention to details instead of slapping on some paint and wallboard. The sink was stopped up and needs to be replaced with something more appealing. Only one small trash can in the unit and not in the bathroom. No bath mat to prevent stepping onto wet tile floor from shower causing me to fall. We stayed 2 nights but was only given 2 towels and no housekeeping for our entire stay. Doors slammed, dogs barked, and...

”We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would definitely return. The property has been newly renovated with a modern, stylish design that made the entire resort feel fresh and welcoming. Our room was exceptionally spacious and comfortably accommodated our family of four. The check-in process was quick and easy. We also really enjoyed the amenities, especially the hot tub and spa, which made our stay even more relaxing after days of hiking. The staff was friendly, attentive, and always willing...

”Great location - although lots of stairs if that's an issue. The property is beautiful and within easy walking distance to downtown Highlands. The lobby and bar looked really nice, and we were looking forward to coming back from dinner and grabbing a cocktail, and just hanging out, but were told at 730pm that there was a private party and that those areas were closed off to guests. I don't think I have ever heard of closing the lobby to guests - pretty disappointing.”

”Would been great but it took 20 mins and I kid you not 20 mins for the water to get hot. We moved the chair in the corner by the table and all underneath it and behind it was full of dead bugs where the maids had not bothered to pull out and sweep behind of underneath it. My nephew was 4 doors down and went to take a shower but had no shower curtain. Seems that this place is going down hill a little since new owners took over.”

”A very nice property and clean. Expected more of the continental breakfast menu. Was used to bacon, sausage and eggs at other hotels we’ve stayed in. Still waiting for our receipt, counter person said we’ll receive it on email. Said they don’t have that option when it’s 3rd party booking.”

”Tired property. Room had a very musty smell. They did have an air purifier and dehumidifier in the room but the musty odor hit you the minute you entered. Mattress seemed old and was uncomfortable. On the plus side the room included a small fridge and in room coffee. The property had a nice restaurant on-site.”

”Very clean renovated room. Close to River, and downtown area. Eas 3 minute drive to Casino. Located on a side road next to Church. Easy access and plenty of parking. Will stay again.”

”The smoker smell was almost to much...opened the windows and still ran the air. Judging by all the paper cups full of cig butts on ledges outside every single room, they are hoping the rooms will not be smoked in. Didn't ask for a different room because it was Memorial weekend and no vacancies. Not sure they have smoke free rooms anyway. Had to wash even clean clothes when we got home. However....bed was very comfy”
