”Room was not fully clean. Customer service employees only are nice when they feel like being nice. Front desk employees need to be nicer. Employees make you feel like you are asking them to give you things for free even though we are paying for everything. ALSO do not let people smoke WEED!!”

”Room right next to elevator. We asked for different room but they said no Towel was dirty. Had to ask for soap. They do not provide shampoo and conditioner Room was small ”

”Had not stayed there for years and was pleasantly surprised. We had a balcony room facing the Gulf with a walk-in shower. Rooms were clean and had amenities like a coffee maker and tea choices. There are a variety of restaurants on site. Casino offered a variety of slot and table options.”

”I must say that I was excited for this stay, I’ve stayed at another Spark property on a previoois trip and I was excited for the precious experiences of an amazing hot breakfast to start the day but that was not my option. They offered many cereal options”

”The hallway was not air conditioned and smelled like seafood. There was Mold in the grout along the tub. Breakfast was dehydrated eggs and watered down gravy, fruit loops or Raisin Bran, a few apples and some yogurt and bread products. Back door was left open at night. Hallway where the back door and stained were located smelled mine wet fog. And the trash cans at both the front and rear door were in a constant state of overflowing. ”

”Very nice and off of beaten path. We had a quiet, relaxing stay. We will stay again and although the golf course view is great we will probably reserve a room overlooking the pool and 2nd floor. The room above us had a lot of stomping going on. The staff was amazing especially Sly as he helped us get into our room since we arrived around midnight. We look forward to our next visit. ”
