”I enjoyed my stay at the Galt but my expectations were not exactly met. I booked a Deluxe Suite in the west tower with a balcony, which was the main reason I wanted the pricier room. But the balcony was infested with spiders! Understandable, but you would think they’d clean them as they clean the rooms especially in the summer months. ”Pool was out of order from the health department. Fitness area is about the worst I have ever seen. Breakfast was actually pretty good. Needs more seating. Our shower had a leaking faucet that was bad enough I had to keep the door shut because it was keeping me up at night. I good cheap stat but would not recommend sorry. Also having one elevator is the most annoying thing about this property.. should never design a hotel with one elevator.”
