”Very good value and a nice hotel. Only issue was an excessively loud, ineffective A/C unit which was implied that might have been rectified had we been IHG members. Staff quickly brought a box fan which doesn’t help slot at 80 degrees in the room. That was the only issue. Would have been 5 stars if not for that.”

”The king suite was perfect for two adults and two children on pullout sofa. Very Comfortable,Clean and spacious. The pool is smaller but has a great seating area. We took advantage of evening snacks and breakfast with made to order omelets. Building is beautiful It was a great visit”

”First of all, the front desk staff are friendly and very helpful. With that being said Dear Expedia..I received confirmation of my reservation from you, yet when we arrived it wasn't registered at the hotel. It took one of the ladies almost 20 minutes to get it registered. She said this does happen from time to time. The check in process seemed to be a little time consuming for everyone that I saw. We were in for 511. It was clean and the bed was OK. My husbands side of the bed made a noise...
