”Stated 2 nights, requested the room be cleaned , new towels. Was assured this would be done , by evening, it was not and only got excuses. So tired of post covid crap!”

”Towels were missing and they were dinghy in color , supposed to be white but looked like they hadn’t seen any detergent or bleach for a long time.”

”Great location, easy access to interstate to Milwaukee or Madison...but plenty to do in Oconomowoc. Hotel was immaculate, nice to have mini kitchen and outdoor seating and firepit with great lawn for kids to run off steam. Highly recommend.”

”I tried to reduce my stay by one night and was told by the property that they would wave the charges for the extra night that I didn’t need, but I was charged anyway. Also, the room smelled unbelievably bad and the surface of the bathtub was pealing up. I checked out immediately due to the smell. I acknowledge that I needed to pay for one non-refundable night, but I was told by the hotel and Expedia that the second night would be waved and that did not happen. Also, the exterior of the hotel...

”Our room was very dirty. The tub was dirty and there were cobwebs everywhere. The carpet was very stained. The room had a bad mold smell. There was a light tan recliner in the room that was so dirty, we could not sit in it. I would not revisit this property.”

”Honestly, for a quick overnight during a road trip, it was perfect for the price. Clean room. Checked in at night and the night staff was helpful and nice.”

”The staff were very unapproachable and whenever we asked for assistance they seemed annoyed by us. The breakfast room doors were always closed and it was like they did not want us in there. And while we were in the breakfast room it was absolutely disgusting. Split/stuck on food everywhere that looked like it had been there for a LONG time. We went to go swimming and there were band-aids, spiders, debris all throughout the pool. We had to grab the cleaner and scoop items out prior to going in. ...

”One of the nicest places I’ve stayed at in a long time. Staff were also very nice and friendly.”

”The positive: we liked the location. The negatives: the room had a strongly bad odor when we arrived and never got better. The bathroom floor and toilet were dirty. There was only one bracket where there was supposed to be a towel rack. Needs a new shower head(was not really adjustable) and shower curtain. It looked like they were attempting to fix up the front entrance with gardening items, but it was junky looking.”
