”the hotel itself needs remodeling. there are rust stains in the bathtub, toilet was low, and it was hard to get warm water. the pool area also needs update, no shade area and the outdoor furniture is so outdated.”

”Multiple ice machines on different floors are always out. The sink has great water pressure but it never fails that the drain is super slow. This time it was the worst. It happens in literally every room I've stayed in for the past few times. I stay here frequently when I come into town.”

”The rooms are nicely remodeled and were very clean. The hallways smelled musty and the carpets need cleaning. Staff was very helpful and kind. Breakfast was very nice. Coffee machine was excellent!”

”This is very old building and the front desk lady doesn’t speak English nor seems to talk. When a person arrives the lady runs outside and get the manager. This place only has two restaurants and the internet is weak”

”If I could do zero stars I would. Booked this hotel room, tried contacting front desk to make them aware of a late check in, and never got a single response. I called on at least five different occasions throughout the day, and I got NOTHING. Called Expedia and explained the situation to them. They said that they’d forward a email and try to get it resolved for me to cancel since I wasn’t able to get ahold of anyone. ”We were given a tour of a mini area with exotic animals the woman who took us was very friendly and informative. The facility we stayed in was very nice and cozy . They had a restaurant literally a few steps away and you can order food they actually take to your room . I highly recommend to anyone trying to breathe and get away from city life”
