”Everything was great. Check in was easy and fast and the gentleman working the desk was SO nice. Rooms were very clean and loved the kitchen option. We didn’t get a chance to check out the pool unfortunately. Breakfast was good, but I was shocked to see the trash piled up literally the whole time it was open. The trash for breakfast was located in the open of the lobby and I’ll be honest, had I seen that upon checking in, my first impression would not have been so grand. But since everything...

”We had a nice stay at Baymont in Franklin, IN. The facility was a little worn down but it served its purpose. The staff was very friendly.”

”Great breakfast, nice location, nice staff. The sliding door on the bathroom was gross. Looks like it had never been cleaned. Could see dirty fingerprints all over the white paint. Not a good choice for a bathroom door anway because it is not sound proof at all. ”

”The whole place needs an update the curtains in the room has burn wholes and needs new passing in the room the hallway needs to be fixed and it wasn’t that clean there was 2 roaches in my room when I got up the And there was no cable there internet didn’t work you had to program the tv just to watch it the staff didn’t really seem to care how the place looked ”

”The host was amazing, extremely friendly and welcoming and provided extra treats for the New Year's celebration. She was also extremely flexible with the timing. The facilities were clean and homey and very comfortable. The pond was a lovely View.”

”From the time I opened the door, I was absolutely in LOVE with this gem! The hosts had been there before I checked in, making sure lights were on and the heat already going. The layout is genius, making the most of the space. And the Monopoly theme was very tastefully done! Very close to some fantastic restaurants, as in walking distance in warmer weather, with many other options an easy drive away. The whole space was clean, comfortable, and I really look forward to booking again!”
