”I realize the property is going through some renovation. That said, the room was very clean and comfortable. There was a breakfast buffet in the mornings. The staff (manager) was courteous and pleasant. This is a comfortable, minimal frills motel, with restaurants located in the same area. ”

”The cottage was clean and comfortable. A coffee cake was left in the kitchen and a cooked egg casserole was left in the refrigerator, both with notes saying "Enjoy." That was a very nice touch. After it snowed, the landlord came and shoveled and put down ice melt. There was a large screen tv with various videos. Although I didn't use it, it was a nice amenity. Although the cottage was out in the middle of "nowhere", it was actually conveniently located to two towns. ”

”We really enjoyed our stay. Corn Crib Cottage is unique and lovely. It is well represented in the photos. The fishing wasn’t great, but maybe that was our lack of skills. Ha! Perhaps we will go back in the spring before it gets mossy, or take a kayak out instead of fishing from the shore. Being able to have our fur baby with us was a bonus. It was a fun micro vacation ”
