”Compared to Le Meridien, it was a strange experience. The front desk staff seemed kind of rigid and not as warm as Le Meridien. Breakfast spread was decent but again not Le Meridien level. ”The check in experience was good and prompt. However, we were being allocated a room just besides the lift. The whole night there was engine sound. It was disturbing and since I’d already past 12am we tolerated the night. I did feedbacks the next day. Hopefully some customer experience will be provided in order to have our return stay.”
