”A word to the wise: they tuck the bottom end of the very thick comforter under the mattress, which lifts the bottom end by five inches. It drastically interferes with one’s sleep to have one’s feet higher than one’s head! Just pull it out before you get into bed and you’ll sleep well! ”This place is beautiful and relaxing. We had the cabin furthest from the lodge and it was quiet. Our breakfast was simple but the evening reception was above and beyond good. This is our second time staying and we will be back.”

”I really loved this property. The rooms have been remodeled and maintained beautifully. The staff was lovely, very sweet and helpful. The breakfast was good, and I was surprised at how happy I was, after a two trip that included 8 hotels, to eat on ceramic plates with real silverware. The only downside for me was that the bed was hard, and actually had a bit of a sag on one side. My mother-in-law was with us, though, and her bed was great.”

”Hotel located in really noisy place, one highway and one local entrance road to highway causing really loud noise and sleeping is difficult, sound proofing is inadequate. The room was ok, the breakfast as expected and then pool was as expected.”

”I left the hotel due to the power going down and they were unable to get the Internet to work. The power went out right after they took my transaction for the hotel. I never received a key and I ended up going to another hotel. the lady at the front desk assured me I would get a refund and took my name and number down and it didn’t happen so I’m very disappointed”
