I closed my door to take a nap after a 38 hour flight and I received two phone calls and two separate times someone knocked on my door and then just walked in. Everywhere I went in the hotel staff were looking for a tip. I understand everyone needs to make a living but it was awful, invasive, and unprofessional. My luggage was delayed and they charged me to go to the airport and pick it up. There are much better places to stay in Lusaka”

”I struggle to give a positive review, even though the hotel is a nice hotel. I requested pickup from the airport, and no one showed up. I ended up walking there. There was a dead fly on the floor when I got to my room. The restaurant took 45 minutes to bring me a garden salad. The drain in the shower was extremely slow, so I was standing in water while showering. The A/C did not cool the room down at all during the night. But the staff was friendly.”

”We stayed for 1 night but the staff were friendly and I recommend the nomads court restraunt . The pool was cold at the time but looked amazing and the room was clean and spacious with a balcony overlooking the pool. Overall amazing 😍”
