”Het personeel is super behulpzaam en vriendelijk de gebouwen zijn alsof je terug in de koloniale tijd stapt in positieve manier want ze zijn goed onderhouden ,het eten is goed en in engelse stijl”

”Our room was spacious, and came with a working refrigerator and hot pot. We had electrical outlets to the left and right of the bed which was very helpful for all the devices we need to charge. Outside there is wonderful green space so you can ealk around the hotel grounds for exercise. The food was the only drawback. If it was choma, then it was excellent but the regular kitchen was standard fare. All of it took 1-1 1/2 hours to prepare and they didnt take your order till they opened at 6pm...

”Housekeeping is great.”

”The beds and pillows were very nice. The place is clean and the food is good.”

”Great”

”It was a nice place and the service was excellent. The breakfast was served in the room without an extra charge.”

”The place is reasonable but certainly dated. It serves the simple purpose of accomodation.”

”I paid the full amount before the trip the was charged again for the first 3 nights contacted Expedia 5 times for resolution and received NO HELP! Finall left in the middle of my stay - disgusted with Expedia ”

”The team at the hotel refused to check in the guest saying that they longer work with Expedia even with proof of payment and confirmation of booking. The guest incurred losses in terms booking another place. If you longer work with someone remove your property from the platform or communicate your position in that regard. Terrible”

”Hellenis Guest House is well managed. The staff is courteous and helpful. I would return again. Good value.”
