”Everything was great. We were looking forward to the waterpark —the main reason we selected this resort. However it was closed during the entire stay and not disclosed during booking. Resort is beautiful, pool and beach was nice and clean. Restaurants were good with great service. No service by the beach and poor service by the pool. ”

” A pretty clean, and comfortable stay on a beautiful property. We are a family of 5 and the price was very good for a unit that slept 8. We always have difficulty finding a place to stay that does just cram 5 people into a one bedroom. This place was two levels, 2 rooms, 2 baths, large living area, and kitchen. I would warn people going that have children (I have 3 girls 11-13yrs) stay away from the upper pool. They say children are welcome there and they are. But you should know that...

”This is nice and cozy place to stay. The employees are very friendly and attentive to your needs. The food and drinks are good. You would love the rum drinks. ”The property was excellent. It is beautifully situated on the beach with gorgeous mountain views. The staff was nice for the most part. The rooms were clean, and the showers were spacious. There were not a lot of small kids either, mostly adults, which was a good thing. The only strike against them is that the food isn't good and it is expensive. You would do better to catch an Uber to Old San or one of the nearby restaurants or with authentic Puerto Rican Food; You would be happier and come...

"Hotel was quite a big disappointment considering price per night was 900$. We had issues for cold room without heating, no hot water most of the time, and also we had ants on our beds headboard. Cleaning service was not included to the room price which was ridiculous. They did come and cleaned it for free since we had ants problem though. Otherwise it was only available upon request with gratitude fee. All restaurants were also fully booked the time we stayed at Atlantis. Staff was friendly and helpful which was positive. Consigliere on the lobby also helped us organize great trip to Exuma with Bahama Boys - 10/10 for that trip! For that money we did expect more from Atlantis but the resorts did offer plenty of entertainment which we did enjoy. "
