”Although we only stayed overnight, the hotel was both convenient and comfortable, with a professional and pleasant staff, excellent parking and an overall comfortable feel. The room looked brand new, as did the rest of the property. The location was wonderful, easily accessible by car and only a few tram stops from old town. We would definitely stay here again.”

”Not very pretty area where the hotel is, but it is only few minutes walk away from the old town and shops, so it's very convinient location. Hotel room was good sized and modern. Nice bathroom! Air condition worked well. Breakfast buffet was okay. The only bad side was the wifi didn't work at the room.”

”This hotel is perfectly located in the heart of Baden-Baden. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and made for a relaxing stay. The surrounding area is full of amenities, and dining at The Grill by the casino—just steps away—was a highlight. Breakfast at the hotel was also delicious and well-presented. The only downside was that many local businesses were closed on Sunday and Monday, which limited some exploration. Still, overall, a wonderful experience.”

”We had a perfect stay with 1- and 4-year-old kids. Hotel, the rooms and spa are very nice. Not the newest ones, but still very good and clean. Breakfast was okay, but nothing special. The walk to the downtown baden baden is doable but lengthy. However, that didn't bother us and we hoped that could have stayed longer.”
