”We stayed here for the fifth third race and it was a perfect weekend being able to be right in the heart of downtown and being able to walk to all the events.”

”Love it. Have stayed here both times I have been in Grand Rapids. Easy in and out access to the main road. Well maintained pool and hot tub. The rooms are quiet, can’t hear other guests. Breakfast choices rotate so if staying more than one day, you get something different.”

”The hotel is for people that have long term plans the towels are enters if you need more then the 2 towels and 2 wash clothes they don’t clean the room daily but the price was ok but I prefer a breakfast and more amenities”

”The help were not courteous, the room was not what was described when booking, the beds were uncomfortable and one of the beds had a bed bug in it. The in-room coffee maker did not work. The towels were like using sandpaper and the maids could not speak English.”

”This hotel is one of our favorites. Any time we stay in Grand Rapids we come here. The pool and out door hot tub are fabulous. The rooms are big and spacious. The breakfast is fantastic. ”

”King room was satisfactory, as was complimentary breakfast. Coffee maker uses their proprietary coffee pouches and is very small and was unable to use my own coffee geounds. A stabilizer bar in bathtub was completely loose and if someone needed it there could be an accident. Conveniently located near airport and retail. Overall satisfied but some tweaks by Baymont would earn another star. Staff was great.”

”It wasn’t horrible, but it was far from great. The rooms were unkept. Surfaces not wiped completely, some weird liquid stain on the wall by the bed & floors that were definitely not mopped, maybe(??) swept… The restaurant being closed was pretty disappointing, especially since breakfast is supposed to be included in the stay, if I’m not mistaken. A heads up during booking would have been greatly appreciated. Either way, a little less focus on the “already gorgeous” (as stated by an employee)...
