”We were not aware thst the rooms were not cleaned evryday and had to ask for extra towels and coffee from front desk”

”Bugs in rooms. Moved to another room room looked decent then when lights were turned off giant moths started flying around. And something that was moth like and about 4 inches. Dirty pool with a layer of a what seemed to be oily layer on top. ”

”Staff was incredible, hotel was very clean and the beds super comfy, everyone says hello just like the hyatt place in mexico, and all were very professional, no wonder why the hotel was full, our 1st time here and we will definitely be back because we sure felt welcome here as well. THANK YOU TO EVERYONE”

”The room was not cleaned after our first night. We came back from Death Valley with a tarry black matter on our sink. ”

”Good, safe hotel with a big room! Good complimentary breakfast, only minus on the breakfast was that everyone seemed to come to eat at the game time so there was not enough room for us to sit in. They refilled the hot food items fast! Friendly service and check-in and out was fast. Would stay in here again, thank you!”

”Clean rooms, friendly front desk , good breakfast . ”

”I was given an adjoining room. I could hear talking and the tv next door as if they were in my room. I asked for a new room but could not get one the first night. I was moved to another room for my second night. The second room was not as clean as the first room, and the windows were disgusting. On the plus side, the rooms are large. ”

”Hienosti ja toimivasti sisustettu. Monipuolinen aamiainen. Ilmaiset kahvit aulassa. Ainut huono puoli oli kuollut torakka sänkymme takana, huone oli ensimmäisessä kerroksessa. saimme uuden huoneen ylimmästä kerroksesta. ”

”The rooms are clean and spacious.”

”Rooms smelled clean , but sheets and towels only looked clean. Most had makeup , blood or other items on them. Sheets similar. We were road tripping so we had our own blankets and pillows and used them after checking and stripping the beds to the bottom sheet only. Front desk person was kind and patient. It was pet friendly but dogs were aloud to bark ALL night long. This is not a business friendly workspace. ”

”Black out blind could not be lowered as the pulley was broken. There was a super lit up lot across from the hotel which made it incredibly difficult to sleep. We therefore slept for less than 5 hours. Mentioned to person at front desk who shrugged and said she would pass on the information. As well, air conditioner was incredibly loud. Not a good night and we have stayed at many HamptonInns as Hilton Honors members.”
