”The host did not contact once we arrived. The steps and decks were not shoveled and there was ice build up. In general the whole place is not in great shape. We were a bit concerned by the unsecured lights in a couple of places. While obvious steps have been taken to do a few updates to an aging building, there were many issues with exteriors doors, screens on the windows, very bad smelling water.”
