”В момент моего прибывания отель был открыт совсем недавно. Везде очень чисто и приятно, Всё выполнено по европейскому стандарту! Персонал очень дружелюбный и готов помочь решить любой вопрос. Мне даже одежду простирали. По скольку на данный момент крыло со своим рестораном было ешё не готово, завтрак подавался в ресторане Вино Град, по соседству. Было даже приятно прогулятся 50-метров и подышать свежым воздухом перед приёмом пищи. Завтраки очень вкусные! Так-же понравились бизнес-лачи в...

I was in Kharkiv at a time when missile strikes were a regular occurrence and still the property was well maintained and comfortable. Aside from Russian attacks, the general area seems very safe and is very much a family environment with a large playground in the enclave, and a small supermarket and otter shops within a 3 minute walk. ”

I did not have room service for 3 days, shower knob is broken and nobody cares. And they actually do not serve breakfast there.”
