”The property was great and I love the fact there was near a shopping center with a Walmart in it”

”poor”

”Had many issues with the room. The fan in bathroom was noisy. The plug for the hair dryer didn't work. The covers were dirty. The fire alarm went off multiple times during the night.”

”What an adorable country cottage. We came up for just 1 night for a family function and felt right at home. We are a family of four with 2 adult children but you could easily have 2 more children and a baby here. Bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious with cozy nooks and nice front porch. Very clean and beds are comfortable. Everything you need in the kitchen including full spice rack. We will definitely be back.”

”This was probably my 20th vrbo rental. Upon entering the property there is A very secluded driveway that leads to the home. Driving up the first notice is very old rusty outdated iron furniture with ancient cushions with standing water on them. You will need a tetanus shot immediately if you use these. Entering the home through sliding glass doors, first visual is a veryvery cluttered house full of yard sale and very poorly put together antiques. They were all bolted to the wall and during our...

”Our stay at Fern and Forest was fantastic! We stayed in the three-bedroom unit, which definitely offered a boutique charm. Everything you could possibly need is provided during your stay. Fern and Forest is conveniently right off of Route 17 but sits in a very quiet, relaxing spot. The host could not be more available or attentive to anything you need. This will definitely be the spot where we stay when we return to the area!”

”Fern and Forest is simply wonderful. Very clean and the room smelled amazing. Amy and Josh put a lot of work into this suite. If you forget to bring something, chances are they have it in the room for you to use. To the fresh linens and the robes hanging in the closet, to the clean bathroom and amazing patio area, I have to give this place my highest rating ever. We had such a pleasant experience and we look forward to our next weekend get away here.”

”PERFECT fit for our weekend away! We’ll be back!”

”We had a wonderful stay at Ashley's property! The home was clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The game room was fantastic, and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. Our only suggestion is to improve the cooling on the top floor during peak summer, as that bedroom tended to get quite hot.Overall, it was a great experience, and we'd be happy to stay here again. Highly recommended!”

”We had a wonderful stay! Corey was attentive and responsive, and the home was perfect for our family. The beds were very comfortable, and we especially loved the spacious yard, incredible views, large gathering area, and beautiful windows. The only minor issue was that the upstairs A/C unit struggled to keep a few bedrooms cool, but it didn’t take away from an otherwise excellent stay. We would definitely recommend this home to others”

”Really nice property, room and great hosts. I will stay again very soon.”

”Great place for us to stay while visiting family in the area. The house had everything we needed for our visit. James was easy and quick to communicate with and kindly left some treats for us as a welcome surprise. We appreciated the lake access and swim beach - a good way to cool off on a hot afternoon.”

”This beautiful home is the perfect gathering place for families. Very well maintained, and the staff are exceptionally kind and helpful. 100% would recommend.”
