”Why am I getting emails about this resort? They cancelled due to Covid and Expedia keeps sending me emails about ‘my stay’ even though it was cancelled. ”

”I arrived past midnight and managed to check in well even though the process took a while. I got a top floor room which was spacious. Unfortunately, the bedsheets were dirty and this was not a nice suprise after 52hrs of travel and just wanting to sleep. Additionally, the next morning when I picked up dropped shampoo from the floor I found a random pill behind the sink counter. In general, the cleanliness could therefore be greatly improved. ”

”The hotel itself is fine. This is the second time in the last 2 months that we stayed here and the pool is still closed for maintenance. Do they keep it closed to save costs? Both times we stayed it was on a very hot day! The breakfast does not include sausages, bacon or eggs, just hard boiled. It is more of a continental style. The rooms were nice and ours was quiet facing the parking lot and not a room facing the trans Canada highway. Popular with construction crews.”

”Our room was simple but clean. No staff on duty when we got there but had left the key for our room and a message through Expedia what room we were assigned. The property was safe. It looked to be under renovation. There is an outdoor pool but of course it wasn’t open at this time of year, the end of April. ”
