”I arrived past midnight and managed to check in well even though the process took a while. I got a top floor room which was spacious. Unfortunately, the bedsheets were dirty and this was not a nice suprise after 52hrs of travel and just wanting to sleep. Additionally, the next morning when I picked up dropped shampoo from the floor I found a random pill behind the sink counter. In general, the cleanliness could therefore be greatly improved. ”

”Great location with good selection of restaurants and shopping choices within a 5 minute drive. Close to the Trans Canada but not that you’d notice. Average Chinese food restaurant on site. Very accommodating front desk staff. Good selection at breakfast.”

Disappointed by the pet fee of $70, especially when the pet did not cause damage to the hotel or cause disruption while in the hotel lobby or hotel room. The general pet rate is $35 for every hotel visited along our east coast visit. I would appreciate an explanation.”
