”This was our first stay in the hotel and we were very impressed. The hotel room, welcome from reception and staff and customer service when dining for both breakfast and dinner were excellent. Special shout out to Stephen and Nixon who looked after us when dining in the restaurant. Although this was a base for travelling, we made use of the spa facilities which were also excellent. We will definitely be back again.”

”The resort was nice and safe. The only issues: 1) room lighting very poor. Need to add lamps 2) Hot. Add a fan 3) The mosquito net was wobbly, not well secured We stayed one night. The breakfast exceeded our expectations. ”

”We arrived late in the night and the staff actually picked calls to give us directions and we find the person we had been talking to waiting for us at the entrance. The check-in was smooth. We had challenges with the water heaters on day one, however, when we reported to the staff, they rectified the issue. They have "Katogo" and "Chapati" as options for breakfast. If you are Ugandan you know what that means. The rooms were clean, very spacious and comfy. The gardens are beautiful, and GREEN!...

”Lovely stay on top of a hill overlooking Lake Mauro park and the nearby village. Tent rooms are well maintained and clean. Staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast with a view over the hill is beautiful! The road can be challenging: big potholes and bumps before the maintained final part, which itself is very steep.”

”I suggest that the hotel should improve on the mattresses by getting spring mattresses”

”The house was beautiful but not ready for visitors Lights would come on and off all night Open wires in the ceiling of one bathThey put an extremely loud generator outside my bedroom window as their only solution to the problem. There were inside cameras in the living quarters and the host was extremely rude. ”
