Hae hotelleja – Kisii County

”As always, everything was great!”

”I fell in love with Kisii, much in thanks to Humphrey's Hill House. Their property is spectacular. Lush gardens with a enormous pavillion, trails, and many beautiful places to sit and take in the views. Very tastefully decorated with local cultural artifacts. Staff where ALL kind, curious, and professional. We especially enjoyed the hospitality in the rooftop lounge, where the music, good and cocktails were all very much enjoyed. My favourite parts of the room were the large window bed and rain...

”The property was naturally beautiful and the landscape was well tended. The food was tasty and freshly prepared. Available staff was helpful but, No TV; bad wifi, no a/c, and worse of all no hot water! I did not continue my reservation. 2/5”

”For the village, the accommodation is not too bad however the lighting in the room was poor and the door to the bathroom was broken. For 60$ it’s not value for money. It’s more like a 30$ place. Positives were the staff who were very kind and went above and beyond. Their food was also really good! Good breakfast totally worth it but I would not stay here again”

”This property does not accept reservations made via Hotels.com. They claim not to have any contract or agreement with Hotels.com.”

”Very helpful and kind staff. Good service. Nice and clean accommodation. Highly recommendable hotel”

”The esthetic was nice, but that is the only thing. Rooms, amenities from internet, bed horrible, no fridge in the room, I had a baby, it was stressful. Staff are slow, the internet was a nightmare, just so much wrong with this place, I will not go back here.”

”Everything was good but there was an issue with the hot water.”

”They don't know Expedia, just don't pay, you will be embarrassed. ”

”The guest arrived at the hotel and was informed that they did not have the reservation and they were already sold out. We had to make alternative arrangements for the guest to be hosted at a nearby hotel called Itibo Resort. The experience was very terrible and regrettable in view of the executive that was being hosted and the inconvenience caused.”
