”The rooms were comfortable though over-heated for early November. The hot spring pools were amazing; the water composition was great and there were numerous pools of varying temperatures warm enough for the cooler months of the year. Food at the restaurant was great and varied. We also enjoyed the massages at the spa.The receptionist was unable to find our Hotels.com reservation when we checked in, which proved a bit alarming. We trusted they eventually sorted out the issue during our stay.”

”En fin de compte, nous n'étions plus à l'hotel Victoria! En effet, celui-ci étant complet,quand nous avons prolongé notre séjour d'une nuit pour la 2ème chambre, nous avait transférer à l'Hôtel Moura... Mes commentaires vont donc porter sur Moura et non sur Victoria. Chambres confortables mais pas immenses, quelques détails à revoir . Ex; les rideaux et double rideaux accrochés trop près se décrochent mutuellement quand on les ouvre ou les ferme; plinthe découpée sur 15 cms à l'entrée car la...

”I was charged a surcharge for the children even though my booking was for 2 adults + 2 children at 4 years old. I have explained that the problem is in your site, which incorrectly placed my booking. I have a cash receipt proving the extra 20 euro.”
