”I will admit the exterior is off putting. The exterior gives it a sketchy feel but once I stepping onto the lobby/office that all changed. The staff was friendly and helpful. They explained the digital lock system and exactly where my room was. When I arrived I was informed that my room had been upgraded with no extra charges. When I went to the room is was clean and spacious. The room was beautiful and clean as a whistle. The remotes for the TV didn't work but that would have been easily...
