”A pretty convenient location, close enough to Crater Lake that it wasn't a hassle getting there. The other "campers" were pretty quiet, which we appreciated. The cabin itself was ok, although it could have used a good dusting. It was also pretty warm when we got there... The "Flat Screen" TV was tiny, and basically inoperable without a master's degree in technology. The towels were OLD, scratchy and pretty disappointing (especially after a nice shower). They could really stand to upgrade a lot...

”Clean and very nice and at desk. A woman who said she doesn't work thete but was locking the lobby was not very pleasant. Not sure why someone who isn't an employee would be locking up.”

”Excellent across the board! Scott really helped so much with staying at the property. What a peaceful spot! The hotel room was amazing: rustic, had character, clean, and easily accessible.”

”The location of this hotel is great for walking distance to downtown Bend. Its very clean, modern, and perfect for a Bend trip.”

”This is a great place in the middle of town. Most of the property is asphalt and x dot for the pool area so there is plenty of parking for large trucks, RVs, and those with travel trailers. The parking lot is well lit with cameras to monitor. The rooms were clean and easy to get to. Fast food in the same parking lot so it’s quick and easy to get to. The pool was clean and heated. Breakfast was amazing. Waffles, pastries, cereal, coffee, juice. Perfect if traveling sooner with kids.”

”Loved the rustic decor, super comfortable room and lovely log rustic furnishings, quilt, fixtures, and decor. Bed was the most comfortable hotel bed I've had!!”

”This place was a great stay! Loved the king bed , very comfortable. The room was very clean and the place had a modern look. The bathroom was spotless. We loved the veranda with a view of the forest. The only thing that could have been better was the shower head with a wider spray. We stayed here to join our family who were camping in the Lake of the Woods. It was only a 12 minute drive to reach their campsites, so this was a great find for us. Would definitely stay here again.”

”The pool and hot tub were closed all 3 days. I specifically booked for the pool. I was never told, even when I asked about it at check in, that it would be closed. I asked for a discount and was told yes, but never recieved one even after a follow up call. Hotels need to be more accountable for false advertising and let people know when amenities will be closed and not available. Hotel was nice and breakfast was good, but also, it is next to an airbase that practices jet takeoffs after 9 in...

”Nice hotel. Everything went well. Only issue to improve really was there was only one person handling the breakfast and she was working hard but a bit overwhelmed and needed another person to help. Some things like utensils ran out.”

”The staff was friendly but the room smelt stuffy and it was non smoking but it seemed like ppl did smoke in there. Also the bed sheet looked like it had not been changed and hair on pillows the walk ways to the room were filled of small bugs and mosquitos. Bed quality wasnt that great either. There was mold in shower.”

”The room was never restocked with amenities we had 2 wash clothes when I told the front desk she gave me 1 hand towel 2 bath towels and said that was all she could give me. Had no Kleenex, cups, or glasses no remote for the tv and the box spring on the bed was coming apart. Stair and hallways looked as if they had not been vacuumed in months. Never will we stay here again.”

”Conwebs and dead insects on the ceiling and upper walls. The full length vanity mirror on the bathroom removed and leaning against the wall. No shampoo in the wall bottles. Staff toes not monitor the breakfast and do not refill food items even when asked. 7 am one boiled egg left no waffle batter. 8 am still none.”
