”The rooms definitely needed to be more maintained . There was some stains on our sheets and pillows. The Bathtub some rust and chips out of the porcelain. The wall had a panel that kept falling off every time he touched it . but the staff were amazing. Breakfast was very good and overall stay was pleasant.”

”Very nice hotel! Brand new with a small restaurant and bar, plus breakfast area. We left too early to eat breakfast. The room was really nice with a comfortable sofa too relax on. Lots of parking. Nice pizza place within easy walking distance and a grocery store 1/2 mile away. We will definitely stay here again. ”

”The unit didn’t have hot water on a consistent basis in the master suite. The rooftop was closed because of window washing going on. Parking was extremely tight. All that being said, we loved our stay! The unit was well appointed and the staff were very helpful. The view was fantastic! We will probably come back.”

”We were late getting to the hotel and the night clerk was very nice in getting us checked in. The room was clean and that is a big thing for us. We had our pup with us and no issues with him staying there as well. Breakfast was well stocked and hot. We will stay there again next time in the area. ”

”This lodge was beautiful. The craftsmanship that went into the renovation of this place is amazing. The bed was comfortable and having a kitchenette was a plus. It was very, very clean and convenient to downtown. We felt like we were staying in a cabin in the woods. We would definitely stay here again when visiting Couer d’Alene. Also, it’s about a 10 minute drive but we really enjoyed the reasonably priced and fresh fish at the Fisherman’s Market and Grill. ”

”Loved the three beds for our family of 5. The beds were actually pretty comfortable too.The hotel is pretty quiet. We enjoyed the pool & hot tub. Would definitely stay again if we ever come back! ”

”Yes it was cheep and only $15 extra per night for the dog but they put you in the basement level if you have a pet. Carpets are filthy, our room less the carpet was clean and the bed was great. Rooms are noisy if anyone is above you, very noisy but the area is quiet. We did see some families enjoying the pool, it looked clean. Breakfast is the least of any value hotel I have stayed at in the area, steamed sausage, microwave eggs, waffle machine, some cereal, some apples and bread for toast...
