”Wir hatten im November gebucht und bezahlt und bestätigt. Wir wollten vom 30.12. bis 1.1.23 zwei Tage dort verbringen. Am 30.12 morgens!!!! kam vom Vermieter die Nachricht, dass er die Wohnung an jemand anderen vergeben habe. Als Ausrede sagte er das Geld sei erst am 29.12. bei ihm eingegangen. Das ist eine unglaublich idiotische Aussage(da ja bereits im November bezahlt und bestätigt). Der Vermieter verhielt sich absolut unseriös, entschuldigte sich nicht und war uns in keiner Weise...

”Still don't know how Expedia managed to call what we rented "3 ROOMS" when they were clearly three FLATS. There was room for 15 for the 5 of us (we oriiginally reserved 7 but 2 of our guests bailed. thought that was a waste of our money. ”

”We received a different room than initially booked. arriving there was a hole in our bedroom door externally. Internally the wooden tiles in room were missing some. The fan in the room was extremely filled with dust and not working properly - made no air or wind. The Shower was horrendous - hot water didn't work in morning - only cold, and went completely off when hot water entered tap.”
