”The staff are generally friendly but the reception staff are not as helpful as they could be. The hotel amenities are good, though many items on the continental menu were often out of stock. I will go back again”

”Our room had a beautiful ocean view and was quite large and spacious. It contained two bathrooms with two showers and toilets and sinks, a mini fridge, and is sitting area in addition to a nice balcony overlooking the ocean. It was really nice to wake up and see the waves and hear them every morning, as well as listen to them as we fell asleep.”

”The place was nice. The room was clean and the staff were lovely. Only thing is that it said it was close to Mampong when that’s not the case.”

”Was a nice place to stay”

Työntekijät hyvin ystävällisiä ja palvelualttiita. Aamiainen ja ruoka hyvää. Kaikki toimi hyvin huoneessa. Oli jopa kaksi pientä parveketta. Pieni uima- allas, jota tosin emme ehtineet käyttää.”

”This property is nothing as they described online. It’s Not even in the town they have listed on the site. No Hot water No shower No microwave No Wi-Fi No free breakfast Not even a bucket without cracks to bathe Leaking sink in the bathroom that floods the floor Very poor customer service, I waited for 15-20 mins just for the staff to confirm my reservation even though she saw my full itinerary and Invoice showing full details of my purchase. She had no notification of a reservation for...

”I did like every from reception to the cleanliness of the rooms, broken shower head, hot water not working, no breakfast served and I was denied WiFi access throughout my stay. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Access road very poor, everything about this facility was very poor”
