”The staff member at the front desk failed to tell us that key cards are needed to use the room lights. The phone in the room wasn’t working so we had to walk to the front desk for these instructions. Wifi pass code was incorrect on the room card holder but staff member also forgot to mention that.. so had to walk back to front desk for this. ”

”Just used as an early flight from Krakow airport. Room was fine, comfortable. Didn't use breakfast facility. I'd be more inclined to use a central Krakow hotel and get an Uber to the airport in future to maximise the great experience in the city.6”

”We had trouble getting into the property at first. The door lock is rather complicated. Once we figured it out, things were OK. The property is dated, and the furnishings are older. It’s a little difficult to get into the front door because there is an uneven rock path leading up to it from the driveway. The bathrooms are tiny by American standards. Overall, I would rate the place average. The host were available and ready to help if needed.”

”Definitely an affordable option, but only if you’re traveling with a large group.A very nice place, well designed, but definitely overkill for any budget travel group less than 4.Would be a very luxurious stay for a couple or group of 2-3 friends.Very peaceful area, feels homey.I am a facilitator/guide and this was the perfect place to provide a comfortable experience for those who are journeying deeply. Will return if I am facilitating a large group in krakow again!”
