”Significantly, daily room service is not routinely performed (making bed, cleaning bathrooms, emptying trash, providing clean towels). However, if requested, room service housekeeping is very receptive and want - going above and beyond. When asked why, a hotel doesn’t practice daily service, we were informed due to being a casino hotel, many guests may not want to be disturbed in the daytime. We were visiting family, not gambling - there was a Do Not Disturb notice which we did not hang...

”The cleaning staff left linens in the hallways overnight. The carpet in the hallways were dirty. There were remnants of previous bed bug infestation that didn’t get completely cleaned up. At their breakfast, they served eggs and sausage that was left over from the previous day. On a better note, the staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms other than the bed bug remnants was reasonably clean.”

”There was no office. Front of building including restaurant appeared shut down for renovations. No sign out front. Trashy people hanging around various places outside, so I left and found another place to stay.”

”My friends and I really enjoyed our cozy winter stay! The kitchen was large with plenty of room to cook and hang out and had all the amenities and supplies. I appreciate how many sinks and bathrooms there were so each group could have their own space. Some things to note: It's an old house so sometimes temperature control was odd (it'd feel too cold then too hot). The place is well renovated for modern comfort but there are some quirks. ”
