”This is a no-frills hotel, and we booked primarily because of the low price, but we liked it well enough that we will probably return. Good: Microwave oven, in-room Keurig machine, clean room, everything working properly, new flooring in our room--not sure about the other rooms. Average: Close to highway but surprisingly not too loud, tiny bathroom (but in decent condition and clean) So-so: Loud in-wall AC unit...but it kept the room comfortable Average: ”

”Eveything was great”

”We absolutely enjoyed our stay. We had 1 small issue that was quickly resolved by the host. The place was conveniently located close to royal spring and that boat ramp. The decks on this place was massive. The river deck was nice to sit on as well. We will definitely be back if they will have us.”

”This is our 2nd time staying here during Easter weekend and will hopefully continue to be a tradition. My sister and I, along with our 4 boys (ages 8-14) absolutely love the peace and quiet. The home is always so clean, has everything you could need. When originally booking I mixed up the dates and was off by a day. When I requested to chage it to the dates we needed, the ower was great and responded quickly and had no problems with doing so. When we went to leave, we had a flat tire and ended...

”Our stay was just what we hoped it would be. We enjoyed just relaxing as we watched the deer and turkeys come eat the corn we put out for them. We kayaked the Santa Fe river from behind the home to the mouth of the ichetucknee river and swam in the crystal clear spring waters. The cottage is located where you can easily access either the Santa Fe, Ichetucknee, or Suwannee rivers. We will definitely be returning.”

”Wonderful host!”

”The sofa beds did not have linen or bedding in the correct size. The bathroom door in one of the rooms needs to be repaired, you could get trapped. The house from the outside does not have identification, I arrived at a very dark night, without telephone coverage and we could not locate which house where we would stay. For the WiFi, the key is a zero place that is easy to locate, taking into account that the people who are staying are passing through, as well as placing legible instructions on...

”Great week with the family. House was fantastic. Very spacious very, very well stocked kitchen. Beds were all great. We were there the hottest week of the year but plenty of shade. Host was very helpful even sending us a text warning us about tje heat advisory. We would definatley stay there again.”

”This home was perfect for our family of six, five adults and one teen. Very functional and beautiful. The view of the river from the dock was serene and morning coffee on the porch was a great way to start the day. Captain Cas was easily reached by text. Definitely would stay here again. ”
