”Oh gosh, the front desk people were fabulous! Kind, caring, funny, and wonderful, as was the lady who took care of breakfast. What I didn't care for (and I understand the hotel is undergoing renovations!) was that the pool was closed (no notice), the toilet in our bathroom was so low to the ground that it was hard to get up, the grout was missing on the floor in the bathroom, and the channels listed on the TV guide were not available.
