”A group of small buildings with 2-3 rooms, each room has a separate entrance. Very quiet neighbourhood. Not that close to the city centre but still within walking distance. Considerate and competent staff. The only negative point is that every step taken on the upper floor is like thunder. Kinda destroys the atmosphere when your neighbours are a family of six.”

”This is a really great hotel and I enjoy the location and interior very much. We had a spacious room with very high sealings. The grounds and area are wonderful. The service is very good overall, but our dinner was not very enjoyable. It took far too long for the food to arrive and the quality wasn't the best. The pizza was terrible. ”It is an amazing new little hotel with clean and nicely decorated rooms. The staff was really kind and helpful. We've booked a double room for one night. But when we arrived, it turned out that we've booked it for the wrong date ... one week ahead. Instead of arguing with us the guy on the reception just smiled and said that our room is occupied now, but he will give us even better - specially designed loft)) And it turned out the best room we've ever had! ”今年除夕在这家百年酒店度过。曾经的索菲特宫殿酒店，和北京饭店诺金一样曾是雅高麾下的历史遗产酒店，后被收入本土品牌，保养的却比北诺好太多了，套房里陈列了不少19世纪的古董，连房间钥匙都是20世纪初英国制造的原件这次入住的是Junior Suite，尽管名字如此低调，但却是次顶级套房，总共只有四间。位于二层的两间均设有露台，一间为湖景，一间为塔景，三楼的两间没有露台，且酒店没有电梯，建议提前邮件沟通要二层的房间服务中规中矩，礼宾蛮热情的，主动提行李。前台比较公式化，早餐厅服务员不错，下午茶餐厅的服务有待提高。餐饮方面正餐不推荐，又贵又难吃。下午茶坐在露台连廊或法式花园里喝喝茶氛围蛮好，但不要对吃的有任何期待。早餐品种非常少，和国内的全季差不多，但味道ok 总体我给这家酒店打8.7/10分。无疑是大叻最奢华、最值得入住的酒店”
