”This is an independent hotel and not a chain which enables it to look different from everybody else. The check in was quick and was able to go to room early. The parking easy plenty of spaces. Breakfast was very nice and everything was topped up regularly so you never ran out or had to wait. Probably I would say the toast area and fruit juice and hot drinks all squashed together. Didn't use the bar so cant comment.
I did like that we never had to wait very long for the lift which was just as...

”Booked a double seaview room which was ok but nothing to really shout about. Bed was comfortable, lots of storage and bathroom ok. Our room was situated next to the main entrance to the corridor so could hear the fire door open and close all night. Also.oppoaite a cleaning cupboard so they were in and out from quite early in the morning.
The bathroom was quite dusty and there was no hand soap provided so had to use the body wash to wash hands after using the toilet.

”The hotel was modern clean and facilities were lovely the pools were warm and lots of lifeguards around, staff were friendly and the room was beautiful and the bed so comfy”

”room was fab and could see the Tower especially at night. Happy to look at the football stadium - however very noisy as people working on maintaining it - sat and sunday. Bar staff and breakfast staff wonderful, nothing too much trouble. One of the Receptionists not very helpful especially as had a bit of trouble with the parking. Beware -
I was very upset at how nonchalent she was with regard to the issue and no help at all.”
