”This is a beautiful hotel. The reason I gave it a 3 star is because we did not have hot water in shower, not even warm water -it was cold water. I tried it at different times of day, it was always the cold water. I paid a lot extra to have the overwater villa, a once in a lifetime experience for me, so was very disappointing to freeze during my showers. We told the staff, but they did not do anything about it. We told them we were coming back in a few days and could they offer discounted...

”We were a group of seven and waited around 30 minutes for the airport pickup, followed by another 30 minutes to check in. There were only two staff members handling check-in. The staff were lovely and efficient, but the hotel definitely seemed understaffed given the number of incoming guests. Management may need to look at this. ”Pool area is the best in this hotel, very nice. Hotel is right at the beach but the beach is so dirty that you don't really wanna go there. staff is very polite and the breakfast was good. For what I could see none of the rooms had balcony - had I stayed here longer than just one night it would have been a big minus.”

”Great stay before and after our Komodo boat tour. Close to airport and hotel shuttle made it easy to get to hotel and back. Rooms were clean, beds comfortable and adjoining restaurant breakfast was great - even offering a takeaway for our early morning departure. Only one odd thing to note, first room we were in had kettle and coffee/tea. Second room, no kettle and we were told they don't provide it. Just a little weird.”

”The property was excellent but a long way from town. Nothing within walking distance and cars were expensive despite short journey. You can rent scooters/motorcycles from the hotel for less than a car trip to town. We found that useful. The restaurant was delicious, particularly the pizza and Indonesian food.
