”Rooms are not fancy but adequate. Food in the restaurant is very good. You have to try the Puffin appetizer. It’s really delicious. Setting of the hotel is very nice with a river and horses behind the hotel. We enjoyed playing with the “pet” fox that lives on the property. It’s fun watching the fox pester the dog that also lives on the property. ”

”A nice hotel conveniently located near restaurants, groceries, and the harbor. Wonderfully friendly staff. Large rooms with private baths. I didn't pay for the breakfast because it was ridiculously expensive for what is offered, so don't know if it is good. Overall, a nice hotel in a lovely town. ”

”This apartment was perfect for our stay. The neighborhood is very walkable with dining spots just a 5-10 minute walk away.
The views are gorgeous and we loved waking up here each morning.
The apartment was very clean. The host communicates clearly and responded to our messages very promptly.
This apartment has a full kitchen. The bathroom even has a laundry washing machine. This space was perfect for our 3 day trip exploring the northern reaches of Iceland. Highly recommend for future travelers.”

”We arrived late but Cindy was there to greet us and give us our key and overview of the property. She was also there at the excellent breakfast and chatted with us about her life in Iceland and gave us recommendations for things to do in the area. We saw whales from the pier and walked along the quiet beach. Overall an excellent stay.”

”Excellent place to stay in Westfjords with simply stunning landscape and vistas. It is very cold up there but the room was lovely and warm.
Communal kitchen was very well equipped.
Lovely room with table and chairs outside on the deck with view of the pebbly beach. Top place to stay but be mindful there is a long and very bumpy dirt road to acess and location is remote. ( Road best suited to a 4WD , not a little city car)
