”All tje other service was good but reception was not helpful. We asked couple times is there any recommondation for the Champagne manufacturer. Receptionist didnt know anything and after that I saw an ad that advertised that the hotel has a collaboration with a champagne manufacturer. ”

”Roulotte super mignonne et bien équipée. On avait peur que ce soit petit avec les enfants et on a été agréablement surpris, surtout que la météo n'a pas permis de manger dehors. La piscine intérieure était très appréciable.”

”Excellent location with outlook overlooking the cathedral & square. Excellent dinner in the restaurant, recommend to book as it gets busy at the weekend. Limited option of secure hotel parking available but lots of free parking available around the city. Clean & spacious room with some traditional features, and despite no air conditioning in room, staff made every effort to cool room with fans during heatwave. All staff really helpful & friendly. Would highly recommend this hotel if looking to...

”Very welcoming and set in the historic center -or very close. Large, comfortable room, multi-lingual receptionist and excellent breakfast, much of which is home made/home grown, including the jams. Unfortunately, the restaurant was closed on this particular evening, but if breakfast was anything to go by I expect a dinner there would be equally delicious. (There were other restaurants in easy walking distance.) I look forward to staying there again.”

”Convenient stopover stay travelling down to Southern Europe. Friendly staff and v reasonable price. Restaurants nearby and Laon old town is worth looking around although up 200+ steps.”

”Tupakansavu tuli tuuletusventtiilistä-mutta tukin sen pyyhkeellä. Patja oli kova-mutta kestääpähän pidenpään. Naapureiden äänet kuului seinän läpi-mutta ei ollut niin yksinäistä. Pyyhe oli huvittavan pieni-mutta olihan niitä kuitenkin kaksi. Suihkukoppi oli myös pieni-mutta tuli kuitenkin lämmintä vettä. Parkkipaikka ei ollut aidattu ja kameroilla valvottu-mutta tilaa oli hyvin.”

”Location and parking was good. Receptionist was grumpy. Room has see better days. The window could not be locked, there was no air conditioning and room needed redecorating. No English speaking channel on TV. Breakfast from 7 am. No cooked breakfast eg scrambled eggs,bacon. Bar was at property but not serving drinks. I requested ice cubes for water drinks but not available. At best it was basic.”
