”I will try make this short. My stay at the Blackstone was the essence of a dumpster fire from start to finish. When I arrived to the hotel and got to my room it was still dirty and the sheets had what I am thinking are pee stains on them. I requested my room to be cleaned before I stay there for the weekend. In the span of the first 15 minutes I was at the hotel there was a line of people requesting towels and other basic amenities from the staff. It seemed like the staff do not truly care about...

”Great place if you’re looking to get away from the hustle and bustle of the Deadwood area. It’s the first time we’ve stayed at the lodge and it’s a pretty cool place. The beautiful scenery of Spearfish Canyon on the hiking trails right from the doorstep of the lodge is a must see. the Latchstring restaurant has awesome food no matter what you order. I’ve been to the restaurant a few times over the years while snowmobiling and it’s never disappointed.”

”I loved everything about our stay but the walk to the room. With it being attached to the casino you have to go through the casino to get to the hotel. This is very typical of all casino hotels but was not the norm for Holiday Inns. The restaurant in the casino was really good.”

They didn't have commentary breakfast but had a nice cafe on site run by all men and the food and service were excellent! The room was clean and modern with a king size bed, small fridge and microwave. Was very comfortable.”
