”Staff were excellent. Hotel was very clean. ”

”They told me before I checked in that they were having a water problem. They said you can either stay or we will refund your money. I chose to stay, so not having hot water was on me. Otherwise, things were not clean. Looks like they do the minimum when cleaning. Couldn’t tell when they deep cleaned. All in all, it was acceptable.”

”The cabin was a peaceful place to unwind and clear your thoughts. I really enjoyed the pond. deer and Callie the cat. I will come back sometime.”

”Very nice stay! Clean and comfortable. I did wish there was some kind of table big enough for 4 or 5 people to play cards or board games on, but otherwise the place was perfect. I had some problems with Vbro communitions... alerts said I had messages but they were either blank or missing, even in the app. Communication through Expedia worked fine.”

”Property is very unique and historical. Staff very polite and knowledgeable of the area. Room was very clean but very outdated. Carpet and door need to be replaced. No coffee pot in room nor offered in the front office area. I will plan to stay here again if my travel plans bring me this way again.”

”We were lucky enough to view the total solar eclipse here. Before and after the event, our family enjoyed fishing, going out on the boat, exploring the creek and lakeshore, roasting marshmallows, and relaxing. The cabin was clean and cozy.”

”This was so quiet and peaceful. We went for the Eclipse and it was remote enough to avoid any kind of crowds and noise. It is very small, but perfect for us. Had the feel of a four seasons room with kitchen, bed and bath, plus a screened in porch. We loved it.”
