”The property is beautiful, a very cute and clean home. The neighborhood is very quaint. I only wish I had known that it is near train tracks where the train ran by every few hours even throughout the night. I am a light sleeper, so I was woke up several times during the nights by the train. Overall, though, this place was great!”

”Very nice and clean i love the decor. Exactly what I needed and extremely affordable will stay again. Looks Exactly like pictures location was great next to everything. Restaurants a Walmart close by and many other stores. Only thing is the outside grounds look questionable. Just a bit old but inside is fabulous 👌”

”Food was left in refrigerator and uncleaned pan with oil and utensils where in the oven left. Had to wipe everything down all dishes felt oily. An the smell outback was awful really couldn't even sit back there. The property itself was really nice.”

”William's house was spotless and had everything 3 adults needed for a 4 night stay. The kitchen was especially well stocked with equipment and staples, allowing us to cook at home instead of eating out all the time. Every morning, we enjoyed eating on the swing overlooking the river. The flowers in bloom were also lovely and the garden was private and quiet. All switches were accurately labled and the house was in a perfect location for us, in our geneological quests! William even helped us...

”Clean, well-maintained, well-equipped home. It had everything we needed, very comfortable for two couples, and our dog loved the large backyard! We were in the area for the Southern Ohio Forest Rally and this home was in a great location for us to use as home base for the weekend. Clear communication with Julie throughout the booking process and during our stay. Would stay again!”

”Host was very accommodating. Brought rocking chairs for the porch so my mom and aunt could sit outside. He was very friendly. Not sure if it was an oversight on my part but I thought the additional event building was included. When I inquired about it, I was told it wasn’t available due to an upcoming event. It worked out fine but I think the listing was a bit deceptive. The hot tub looked a bit cloudy the first night. We did not alert the host but I’m sure if we had he would have worked to...
