”The spa was dirty upon arrival, the bathtub in the basement was dirty upon arrival, toilets in every bathroom were dirty upon arrival. The freezer had sticky red goo that we had to clean in order for it to not make our food sticky. The chalet was in decent condition upon arrival, decently clean except for the stuff mentioned, the biggest thing is really the spa that was disappointing as no one wants to sit in milky water.Thanks for letting us stay!”

Personally, I think, it would have been nice to have a small gift of wine or even a well wishing to us for us celebrating at your cottage( as my husband mentioned this when booking) but that wasn’t a deal breaker. ”Overall, we had a very nice stay at the cottage. The only thing we found missing was adequate air conditioning.
