There was plenty enough space for us to walk our dogs and everyone in the neighborhood seem to be very friendly. I would recommend this home to anyone that would like a rental that is just as cozy as your own home”

”This is our 2nd year to host Thanksgiving here. The location was perfect for us, close to grocery store and the parks for the grand kids. We are out of town but my dad lives in town. This host provided us a comfortable place to cook and eat the Thanksgiving dinner. ”

”Hold a work event. We were all work colleagues hence maximizing private accommodations was paramount. The property offered 10 beds and all independent of each other. Very clean. Main house had good amenities. And plenty of space. A nice secluded location. Very quiet, yet only 10 mins away from downtown Sandford and 35 minutes away from Cary and South Raleigh. Recommended ”

”This place was beautiful, peaceful and defiantly the place for children and family to relax and enjoy a vacation, besides the issue with the alarm that was taken care of in a timely manner, i appreciate the communication and being an excellent HOST!!! Phenomenal!!! The pictures are exactly what you get and that is what i love no surprise or it was not there. What you see is what you get and that is a 10000/10.I will stay here 10000000 more times, also my family was in love with this place just...

”Very clean place. The host was very nice. I was there with my son and a few times we came in after the sun went down so it was dark as whatever outside. The host knew I wasn’t back yet and turned on the outside lights for us so we could see, I am thankful for that. I would definitely say here again when I travel back there. ”
