”When we first checked in, we opened the door to a room that smelled like urine. We noticed that there were spray stains on the fronts of both beds and under the two beds was not even vacuumed.There were shoes and food and a tray from the guests who had stayed there previously that was left underneath the beds. There were yellow steams on the white comforters. We checked in and checked out almost immediately and were denied a refund.”

”The outside and inside was very clean as the rooms also. What I didn’t like was that I drove 3 hours from Maryland to get there. I enter and asked where is the bathroom and was told; We don’t have common bathroom. I asked the gentleman; So where do all the employees here defecate and urinate ? He then let me urinate in a bedroom that was being cleaned and I thanked him. It’s the first hotel or company that doesn’t have common bathrooms for visitors that might of traveled hours to get there out...

”As if the nauseating smells of all types of food being cooked in other rooms and dogs barking non stop wasn’t enough, be prepared to share your room with cockroaches and other small black beetle type bugs. After initially seeing a brown bug in the bathroom that I believed to be a roach, it was later confirmed and also had them crawling up walls next to bed. After grabbing my stuff and heading to desk to let them know I was leaving because of this, all they offered was moving me to another room....
