”The hotel in general was very good. Just personally, we had a few issues
Our main issue is that the hotel. It's so big with long hallways and lots of steps, considering we have a child in a Pram and lots of luggage it was so exhausting to carry everything from the car park to walk across to the hotel. And then find your room.
Its hell of a long walk with steps.
When we arrived, they gave us a room on the top floor with loads of steps, and the windows barely opened. So we complained and changed...

”Our room was not as big as expected from the photos and we were overlooking a flat roof with extractor fans continuously on - not so great when we had to have the windows open in the heat and could not get the ac to work. However an extremely helpful receptionist (Jay) gave us a different room a little bit further away which was a little bit bigger and slightly less noisy (thanks Jay 🙂).
Lovely hotel in a beautiful setting by the river.

”I have to say I waa really surprised at how nice this place was. The only issue for me (being a bigger bloke) was i couldn't fit in the shower as it only has a s.mall opening but I was able to get around .”

”Very nice hotel with good facilities. Good room, although a fridge & safe in the room would have been useful. Staff were excellent & food in the restaurant and at breakfast was very good.”

”So much better than I expected. The bar area, restaurant and huddle areas were all so beautifully done and the food and drink lprices were very reasonable.
Plenty of electric car charging available.
All staff we encountered were helpful, polite and friendly.
Rooms very comfortable and modern.
Will definitely book again next time we stay in Loughborough.”

”Good basic no frills hotel. Rooms and very small but quiet.
Annoying that they charge for parking but don't police the car park for diesel vans in electric car spaces and disabled spaces. Out of a generous 8 electric parking bays 5 of them had been used by diesel and petrol vehicles”
