”Le personnel est super mais notre chambres en mauvais état. Pour nous on as louer une suite ou 2 porte ne fermait pas car les penture son brisée . Ventilateur de la salle de bain non fonctionnel. Le frigo tout cabossée. Le divan lit ou les ressort son casser. Les lit son de mauvaise qualité, on ressent les ressort. Le spa était non fonctionnel. La piscine pas très propre. ”Some staff were amazing but a few older ladies wouldn’t speak English and were very rude and not helpful with replenishing towels or removing recycling from the room. They need to be trained with being customer focused no matter of creed or colour working in hospitality is crucial key to keeping your company reputable in this industry and economic environment. ”Très bel hôtel dans le style scandinave. Magnifique vue sur le lac Ouimet. Grande suite avec grand balcon. Spacieux et confortable mais un rafraîchissement des suites et de certains espaces communs serait apprécié. Malgré tout, notre séjour fut excellent et nous reviendrons sans hésitation.”

”Very noisy , no soundproofing at all , can hear everything in hallways and outside. Couldn't sleep ! Rooms need updates , no usb-c outlet Old stove , and carpets need changing Staff are good , but our room at least needs a refresh”

”This was one of our best family vacations mom and two teen girls. Lots to do to entertain everyone. The burger at the restaurant was delicious. Close to Tremblant and other activities if it’s raining. Great Lake and lots of kayaks and paddle boards. Friendly staff. Condo is clean and comfortable. My only suggestion would be more shade please. Some gazebos or umbrellas for the top floor condos would be nice. Also a broom to sweep up would be great.”

”The place is filled with an old charm, the free beach access, and the pool added much value to our stay. Easy to start hiking just outside the hotel grounds. Beautiful and well maintained gardens. Restaurant is expensive , mattresses need a bit of upgrade , Expedia guests weren’t qualified to get the welcoming kit like the rest of the guests. Still it was a great experience.”
