La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham HelenaHelena
7.4 kautta 10, Hyvä, (1 083 arvostelua)
”The staff was wonderful, and helpful. The room seemed clean. There were some improvements in the room, but it was lacking a lot. There was no USB port for me to plug in to charge my phone. No clock. I had to go to the front desk to get a TV remote. The shower curtain rod was loose, so the curtain wouldn't hang right and the floor got wet.”

”Not definately at par with the rating on your site. Musky smell in the hotel and room, outdated rooms and towels etc did not have ”fresh” scent. Strongly recommend changing the rating to 2-3 stars maximum. Comparing to Residence close by rating is off by 2.0 points atleast.”
