”Avoid this place. Pictures give the impression that the rooms have beautiful lake views. I booked a room for a really high price. When arriving, I found out that in order to get a room with a lake view, I had to pay 20% extra, and there were only a few of those rooms. Most rooms have a view of the wall of a neighboring building. The room was also worn down. It may have been a good room ages ago, but in its current condition, it is not worth the money they charge. Also, there was no AC, and even...

”Ein Absolutes Top Hotel”

”Our stay at Alpine Boutique Hotel Wollée was absolutely wonderful. The hotel has such a charming and cozy atmosphere, and the interior design is stunning — elegant, modern, and full of character. Cleanliness was flawless; everything felt fresh and perfectly maintained. The staff deserve special praise. From the reception to the restaurant, everyone was kind, helpful, and genuinely welcoming. The breakfast was superb: plentiful, fresh, and delicious, with the delightful option to order hot dishes...

”Hieno ja rauhallinen hotelli. Erityiskiitos asiakaspalvelusta, joka ylitti kaikki odotukset ”

”Erittäin hieno ja kaunis hotelli”

”Alles bestens, gerne wieder....”

”Staff was great. Tanja was super nice and was very helpful. And the breakfast was great as well.”

”Erittäin hyvä asiakaspalvelu, siistit ja tilavat huoneet! Saunaosasto ylimmässä kerroksessa todella hieno! Extrayö hotellissa järjestyi mutkatta ja näkymät molemmista huoneista olivat kauniit. Ilmainen pysäköinti ja sähköauton latausmahdollisuus. Lyhyt kävely kaikkialle - lämmin suositus!”

”Even after 2 hours of waiting well after check in time with small children the place had not been cleaned and we were given another room after a few difficult calls as there is nobody at the property. That place had no microwave like in the photos and no full size fridge. Wifi is practicly not existing. All 4 soap dispensers empty and even after calling they were never refilled. Other than that, great location and views in a clean place. If check in would have gone smoothly and on time I would...
